Problem: Surveys sent to customers currently open as an external link that takes them to a separate page outside of Inbox. This breaks the in-app experience and adds friction — the customer has to leave the conversation to respond, and the reply doesn't naturally live in the thread.
Proposed change: Render surveys directly inside the Inbox conversation view (as an embedded card/widget), instead of a link that opens a new page. The partner should be able to view and answer the survey inline, without navigating away.
Why it matters: Fewer steps to respond should improve completion rates, and keeping the interaction inside the thread keeps context intact for both the customer and the agent reviewing the response later.
