Partners want the ability to query IT Glue's "Apps & Services" section (vendors and services used by a customer) directly through Thread's Magic AI (Ask Magic). Currently, the IT Glue integration is limited to KB article access and device configuration data. The requested enhancement would allow technicians to ask Magic about a customer's vendors and services, pulling that data directly from IT Glue's Apps & Services flexible assets within Thread.
