A recurring gap is that Magic Title cannot reliably include structured, deterministic data from the PSA. For our ConnectWise users two commonly needed fields are unavailable:
  • Company ID (from the company record in ConnectWise)
  • Site (from the site field on the ticket)
Including these fields would allow teams to build titles that are immediately scannable — especially useful for multi-site clients or when routing/reporting by company.
Request: Allow more granular controls for Magic Title to optionally pull in configurable tokens in the title template or through flows enabling more standardized naming conventions for various use cases.
