Master Intent Modifiers Per Client

I would like to be able to modify the master intent per client, it could be just an additive feature like "This client is 90% on Macs so just assume they're on a mac unless it's Stephen asking" or something silly like that. This would make the magic agent massively more useful and feel customized to each client with some simple extra instruction.

I'm curious if anyone here has tried using Intent Variations for this use case. If so, what has worked or what hasn't worked by taking this approach?

Agree with this. The bot asks a lot of basic questions like "what email client do you use" which our engineers would know because the whole customers uses the same email client BUT which may be unique across client. Would be great if we could customize the intent to know this stuff for each.

This would be a huge improvement for us. It would also allow testing different master intents at the same time to see what works best.

In a super ideal world, we could sync this from a PSA client field!

William Hunt agreed, many MSP have this info documented in PSA or It Glue or Ninja custom fields, it should be able to know all this client specifics
