For clients who have multiple people sharing one email address (example: paralegals responding on behalf of attorneys), we need to have the ability to support these multiple contacts through Thread Inbox. Current state, if a ticket is opened by this shared email address, Thread Inbox appears to default to a first-in-line contact from the PSA, and does not offer the ability to select a different contact name associated to the email. There appears to only be one contact available. If the contact name is changed in the PSA, it is not reflected in Thread Inbox.
