Dispatchers need a fast, single-click way to view all tickets for a client directly from a ticket, without creating custom views or filters. With 15,000+ client records synced from the PSA, searching or filtering is slow and inefficient. The current workaround using the 'link' button for childing tickets is not sufficient. This feature would reduce reliance on the PSA and encourage teams to use Inbox more efficiently, improving workflow and user adoption.
