Partner is running ticket automation scripts and would like an outbound webhook that triggers when a ConnectWise ticket is updated, pulling the contact info and syncing/updating the Thread side accordingly. This would allow their automation scripts to keep Thread in sync with changes made on the CW ticket without manual intervention.
