Override Messenger language per user

We have French speaking clients, we would like a way to manage language settings in messenger ona per user basis. We have some clients that are multi lingual and the users prefer a different language. Right now I can only set it at the company level.
Also look at letting the users choose their preferred lanugage

We have several bilingual clients and it would be great if the memory could change what language they see in the Messenger settings, Teams Apps, and messenger itself.
Right now Messenger settings is static across all clients so more than one language make the messages too long.
