We need the ability to map parent-child relationships between companies in Thread Messenger. This is important because several large companies have the same contact email address under each division, and the AI cannot currently distinguish how to place the ticket. Having this feature would allow for accurate ticket routing and prevent misplacement when contacts are shared across divisions.
