Add support for dynamic sender display names on emails generated from Thread ticket updates. Users want outgoing emails to show the engineer, technician, or AI agent name as the sender display name, similar to native ConnectWise behavior, instead of only showing the default company email address with no display name. The current integration appears to send emails through the ConnectWise API without preserving per-user display names. The request is to allow Thread updates to inherit or map the correct sender display name from the associated technician, engineer, or AI agent so recipients can clearly see who made the update in the email header.
