Easy way to add more time to a TimePad entry (15 minute increments) when the timer doesn't reflect the true commitment.

It's possible for a tech to work on a Thread before the TimePad timer begins running or after the timer has been paused.
In these instances, techs want an easier way to add more time to a Thread to better reflect the true commitment of that work.
- Partners shared that "15-minute increments" are a common pattern for techs (ex: add 15 extra minutes)

Our team would love this feature to schedule follow-ups or check-ins.

+1 on this. We have a LOT of requests that only take 15 minutes, e.g. setting up new users, password resets, etc.

Great feedback, Cole! Our team is gearing up to work on new Planner features and refinements, so this is timely.

In this vein, I would like to see a configurable 'minimum' time set at the company level. Mainly because AutoTask can't take a time entry less than 1 minute. So quick things always bite me in the ass and I have to manually stop and edit the time (annoying!) - if I could set the minimum to 1 minutes (or 5 or whatever) then when I start the timer, it's already at the minimum, 1 minutes, 5 minutes, and then as the timer ticks, the actual timer value doens't increment until that minimum has transpired, that way if it's less than the minimum, it's OK, that's what the timer value is, and I can move on with life.
