Planner- when dragging an item from triage to a member, the status should move to scheduled

Problem: When working in kanban view, if you drag an item to a member, it should adjust the status to scheduled. Avoids an extra step.

We would change it to assigned unless it actually has a future schedule in the ticket.

Can you. Or workflow this with PSA then the changes appear back in Thread ? :)
