Add support for Thread AI and Magic Agent to automatically populate the Impact and Urgency fields when creating tickets through Microsoft Teams and other supported channels. Currently these fields remain blank in created tickets, and there is no visible configuration within Thread Admin to control or map them. Users would like the ability for AI-driven ticket creation to set these values automatically or provide configurable field mapping options within the Magic Agent settings.
