Prevent @mentions from changing ticket contact

Currently, when a user is @mentioned in a ticket thread and responds, they are automatically set as the ticket contact in Inbox. This behavior can cause unintended changes, such as replacing the original primary contact with someone who was only mentioned for context or approval. The request is to modify the system so that @mentions and their responses do not automatically change the ticket contact, allowing contact assignments to remain stable unless updated intentionally through designated workflows.
