Proactive Alerting for Thread Support Chat App in Teams

As an MSP, we would like Thread to provide proactive alerting and monitoring for the Teams support chat app. Specifically, we want to be notified if the app disconnects, loses connection, or requires approval, so we can address issues before clients are impacted. Industry-standard alerting options such as email notifications, dashboard indicators, and PSA integration would all be valuable. This would help us prevent client disruptions and improve our support response.
