Ability to add reminders based on status

We'd love the ability to create different reminder templates that would run differently based on the status specified in flows.
An example would be Waiting on Approval; we would like to send out reminders of needing approval before we can continue. This would open the door to further automations utilizing the Reminder Agent

We get bombarded with responses when the trigger happens for all tickets at the same time. Ideally, you can make the trigger 24 hours from the status change vs a standard daily time. This would help spread the load.
