When adding internal notes in the 'Note' tab, hitting 'Reply' automatically transfers the note text to the reply field. This forces you to delete or copy/paste to compose a reply for the user, which is inefficient and messy. It would be much more effective if the 'Reply' and 'Note' tabs stayed independent, so content from one doesn’t copy over to the other.

While working with clients in thread, It is cleaner to use the Note tab to write my notes instead of it being compressed in the dedicated 'Time' windows that allows notes.

However, when I type my notes and the user responds, I click 'Reply' and the Notes automatically get turned into a response.

Causing me to have to copy and paste into the compression box.
