Restrict Magic Agent Teams Bot notifications to Teams only

Currently, when users interact with the Triage agent via the Teams Bot, they receive both Teams messages and email notifications for every reply. It would be helpful to have a setting or option to restrict notifications to Teams only, so users do not receive duplicate emails when communicating through Teams. This would streamline communication and reduce notification fatigue for users who prefer Teams as their primary channel.

Is this happening when they are chatting with the Triage agent to create a new ticket or because 'Send by Email' was checked on the engineer side creating a ticket from your PSA?
We had reports of this to newly deployed tenants when creating the ticket from Teams chat, but then reports of it happening stopped after a couple of days.
