Search box for both active and done views in messenger

Bumping on this issue.
Benefits I see are:
-Users gain a feature they could reasonably expect to find in a list of tickets
-Faster locating of specific issues for users that manage tickets/issues for their teams (happens alot)
-Faster locating of old (done) issues users would like to review or use as a reference on an open problem
