Add a permission setting that allows administrators to disable external ticket notes while still allowing internal notes in ConnectWise Manage integrations through Thread MCP and Super Magic. Current controls only allow the entire add note function to be disabled, which removes both internal and external note capabilities. The requested feature would provide more granular control so technicians can continue adding internal updates without the risk of posting external-facing notes.
