Show Technician as Ticket Creator in ConnectWise When Using Super Magic

When a ticket is created via Super Magic in ConnectWise, the ticket creator displays as the contact and the audit trail logs the API user instead of the actual technician using Super Magic. Partners would like the ticket creator field and audit trail to reflect the individual technician performing the action, rather than the Thread API user. This would improve accountability and visibility into technician-specific activity within ConnectWise. Currently, this is a ConnectWise API limitation (no user impersonation support), but the feature request is to explore a solution or workaround within Thread to better attribute actions to the correct technician.
