Add an option within a thread's chat view in the inbox to display messages in chronological order from oldest to newest. Currently, chat history is not sortable in this way, and sorting options are only available for ticket lists rather than individual message histories. This feature would allow users to more easily follow the conversation flow from the beginning to the end.
