This would allow Super Magic to perform quality assurance checks via Skills by reading the work type and work role used in time entries, ensuring technicians are logging time correctly and consistently.

Timesheet Approver's dream! Search all open timesheets, look for Travel to Client Site, where Work Type is NOT "Travel". etc... Sexy, I love it. Search for possible Communication No Charge entries: If Total Time < 0.25, and/or the messaging (accessed by super magic) doesn't contain any action (no actual work done) ie; quick question asked, update WorkType to X.
