Partners want the ability to generate ticket reports in Super Magic filtered by Site within a specific company. For example, querying all tickets for company "CPL" broken down by site "Fairport". Currently, Super Magic does not support Site-level filtering when generating reports, making it difficult to get granular, site-specific insights for a company.
