Ability to use different recap templates depending on the scenario, such as within Flows or other defined processes.
For example, certain ticket types or workflows might require a more detailed recap, while others could benefit from a shorter, simpler summary. Being able to assign specific recap templates to different Flows or scenarios would allow for greater customization and ensure the right level of detail is delivered in each case.
