Add support for replying to Project category tickets through the Teams and Slack integrations. Currently, if a support ticket is converted into a project ticket, users can still see and respond to the existing thread in Teams, but their replies do not sync back to the ticket or appear in the inbox. This creates communication gaps, delays, and confusion for both internal teams and clients. The request is to allow full two-way communication on project tickets and provide consistent messaging support across all ticket types so organizations can consolidate client communications in one place.
