Add support for creating and managing tickets from Slack group direct messages and allow users to mention or add additional participants within existing ticket conversations. Currently, tickets are only created when users interact with the app directly in a one-on-one DM, while group chats and @ mentions do not create tickets or notify added users. Customers want the ability to collaborate with multiple participants in the same Slack conversation without requiring separate one-on-one chats for each user.
