Currently, images and files attached via the Thread triage agent in Slack are visible in Thread Inbox but do not sync or appear in Halo PSA ticket threads. Enabling this feature would streamline workflows for MSPs by ensuring all relevant attachments are accessible directly within Halo, reducing the need to switch platforms and improving ticket context for technicians.
