Add support for syncing edited ticket notes from ConnectWise Manage to Thread. Currently, Thread only imports notes when they are first created, so changes made later in Manage are not reflected in Thread even after using the manual sync button. Users reported that ticket title updates sync correctly, but note content edits continue showing outdated information. The request is for both automatic and manual sync actions to detect and update modified notes so Thread always reflects the latest version from the PSA.

We are also finding that time entries updated within Inbox are not updating the notes within Inbox, but they are updating within the PSA. We definitely need the note edit syncs to occur on create and update.

Adding the ability to delete notes within thread and have those changes reflected in PSA would also be beneficial to Technicians as notes are sometimes added to the wrong chat. This can be corrected within PSA but as stated in the core post, those changes are not populated to Thread.

Currently, Thread only syncs the initial creation of notes from ConnectWise PSA and does not update when existing notes are edited. Users have requested the ability for Thread to also sync changes made to existing notes so that edits in ConnectWise are reflected in Thread. This would improve integration workflows and eliminate the need to create new notes for updates.
