We would like to see customer emoji responses to our messages

When we send a message to a customer who is using the slack app. Sometimes they respond with an emoji acknowledgement, e.g. "thumbs up". Unfortunately, we don't see that they acknowledged our message with a thumbs up in Inbox. It would be great if there was a way we could see this!

Simple one! Give us an emoji button in messenger so clients can personalize their messages to us :) Also, I like sending goofy stuff to Thread support, sometimes.

Sometimes clients will just react to the message with a thumbs up, instead of replying to it. This is not something that we can see in Inbox. It would be nice if a message was included such as "X reacted with :emoji:"

This is a big issue for us, we usually request to remote into their PC, but never see their thumbs up.

Kurt Beard I completely agree, Kurt. A common scenario we hear is that contacts might sign off on a message using the 👍 reaction. Since the tech couldn't see that reaction, they might ask again for confirmation - slowing down time to resolution and creating a minor disconnect for both sides of the service equation.
