Teams Service App Chat Sync Issues

Users across multiple organizations are unable to receive or open group chats for ConnectWise support tickets through the Teams Service App after upgrading from the legacy version. The problem began following an update to the Microsoft 365 chatbot and appears connected to missing permissions (such as User.Read), Conditional Access Policies, and MFA configurations that may block app functionality. Affected users can interact with the bot and create tickets, but ticket-specific chats either do not appear or generate errors like "We can't take you to that message because it's in a chat you're not in." Attempts to grant admin consent, configure policy exclusions, and apply workarounds have only resolved cases individually. The feature request is to implement a comprehensive fix so that group chats are reliably created and messages sync to tickets for all users, along with proactive monitoring to detect chat sync failures before clients report them.
