Currently, the Thread agent confirms client-requested time slots directly, which can lead to overbooking or scheduling outside business hours. We need the agent to respond with: 'Thank you for your request! We’ll pass your preferred time to our dispatcher, who will confirm availability and follow up with you.' This change should apply to all ticket types, ensuring that no time slot is confirmed automatically by the agent. This will help prevent scheduling errors and ensure accurate booking aligned with dispatcher availability.
