Triage Agent Company Status Recognition

Enhance the Triage Agent so it can recognize and use the Company Status field from ConnectWise PSA during its responses. This would allow the agent to adjust its behavior based on specific statuses, such as Credit Hold, improving automation and client-specific handling. Currently, the Company Status field is not being pulled into Thread, preventing differentiated responses. The feature should ensure proper synchronization of this field and enable configurable response logic based on its value.
