Currently, when the "Send by email" checkbox is selected in Thread, it correctly updates the corresponding checkbox in ConnectWise PSA. However, if the checkbox is later unchecked directly in ConnectWise, Thread does not register the change, resulting in the two systems falling out of sync and preventing expected email notifications. This appears to be a one-way sync limitation. The feature request is to implement two-way synchronization so that changes to the email checkbox in either system are reflected in the other, ensuring accurate notification settings and preventing missed emails.
