Oftentimes certain software requires managerial approvals to grant. When a contact reaches out via Chat, techs want a way to gauge if that contact can self-approve a software request (ex: they have a Manager title) or if their request requires additional approval.
Being able to see a job title can support that ability and help techs get quicker answers to self-approval scenarios.
