The transfer/handoff lines are fixed. None of the editable Voice AI fields control them. Partners can customize the Greeting, After Hours Greeting, Overflow greetings, Attendant and Overflow Farewells, Communication Rules, and Tone of Voice, but there is no field for the handoff message.
