Workflow Actions should not be attributed to the end user.

Half the time anything changes it seems that the notification coming out of slack is "<end user> updated the ticket ..." or something similar. I would rather see "Connectwise updated the ticket ..." when it's an automated change, and only use the end user's name when they made a direct action on the ticket.

Automate Time Entry Attribution in Thread
C
Craig Wilde
Craig would like Thread to correctly attribute time entries that originate from ConnectWise Automate (via Manage) so that they show as 'Automate' or as a system action, rather than displaying an individual user's name. This would help avoid confusion and ensure accurate reporting of automated actions within Thread. Improving this attribution would make it easier to distinguish between manual and automated entries, supporting better audit trails and operational clarity.

I agree and have flagged this with the team. I know they are working on de-personalising notifications
