Ability to filter an inbox's view based on the status of a thread (ex: "Waiting on Customer"). This is potentially en lieu of building a channel with a specific status filter applied to it (ex: "Waiting on Customer" channel)

Ability to auto-assign new threads
As the app doesn't quite alert loudly or long enough, being able to auto assign chats in round robin to our agents would be helpful to ensure clients get a response from Live Chat.
