Feature Requests

Ability to filter an inbox's view based on the status of a thread (ex: "Waiting on Customer"). This is potentially en lieu of building a channel with a specific status filter applied to it (ex: "Waiting on Customer" channel)

As the app doesn't quite alert loudly or long enough, being able to auto assign chats in round robin to our agents would be helpful to ensure clients get a response from Live Chat.

the list of boards to exclude is far longer than the list of boards to include. Maybe an exclude list is not the best UI choice. See attached

Currently cant read the names of the channels when its too long.
