The current recommendation by thread is to create a workflow and use a udf for suppression. This still means creating a lot of rules in other workflows. https://docs.getthread.com/article/y8vbejd663-setting-up-an-email-communication-workflow-in-autotask Why not use the "note type" and have Thread set the Note type to "Thread Email" for messages it needs to email. This way we can use this condition in the workflow instead. This would make things easier no need to manage teh suppression rule and we can still send emails to people who stop paying attention to their chat for the reminder agent.
