CIPP Integration

CIPP has proven invaluable in streamlining our administration tasks and improving our overall efficiency in managing multiple clients. To further enhance our operations and leverage the strengths of both platforms, we would like to propose an integration between CIPP and Thread.
Integration Benefits:
Centralized Management: Allow users to manage Microsoft 365 tasks directly within the Thread interface or have deeplinks to bring you directly there, reducing the need to switch between multiple applications and thereby increasing productivity.
Automated Notifications: Enable automated notifications and updates from CIPP to be posted in relevant Thread channels, ensuring all team members are kept informed in real-time about important changes and alerts.
Improved Collaboration: Facilitate better collaboration by allowing team members to discuss and resolve Microsoft 365 management issues within Thread, leveraging its communication and collaboration tools.

This is exactly the right direction. Smart.
Potential use case: The agent identifies a potential email compromise and then leverages CIPP's compromise remediation function and the tenant audit log analysis detailing new mailbox rules, recently added users, new applications, and mailbox permission changes and either automates the remediation to some degree or passes the analysis to a technician to determine whether or not and to what degree to proceed with the remediation within Thread itself. This would reduce remediation time on top of the savings CIPP provides
This is a no brainer that was suggested almost 2 years ago. That is far too long for something this cool. Get it on y'all!

This can be even for simple asks like adding to distribution lists, resetting passwords, setting up approval processes and having it be approved as per anything we put in there. This would be a game changer as our organization has this in place.

Also, CIPP is very willing to work with vendors that sponsor. Since pigs will be flying before CW actually makes meaningful development progress, Thread could have a great opportunity to circumvent the need for at least some partners. It's position as a sort of PSA-agnostic add-on can be of great benefit.

Could also leverage CIPP to deploy the teams app, I imagine
