Hi Thread team,
We're an N-Able shop and would love to see native connector/integration support for the following tools in Super Magic:
  1. N-Able N-Central (RMM) We currently use N-Central as our RMM platform. A connector similar to the NinjaOne integration (workspace + per-member sign-in) would allow Super Magic to pull live device state, health, alerts, and recent activity directly into ticket research sweeps and triage. This would close a significant gap for us — right now device-level context is completely absent from Super Magic's research output.
  2. N-Able Passportal (Documentation & Password Management) Passportal is our documentation and credential management platform, equivalent to IT Glue or Hudu. A read-only connector would allow Super Magic to search client configurations, network docs, and credentials during troubleshooting — the same capability IT Glue and Hudu users already have today.
Both tools are widely used across the MSP community and we believe other N-Able shops on Thread would benefit from these connectors. We'd be happy to participate in any beta or limited release program.
