Since Magic prioritize, categorize and title are all essentially triaging the ticket for us, it would be ideal to have an action we can add to the flow that changes the status for us. Basically something that lets the dispatcher know that a ticket has been triaged and is ready to be assigned to a tech.

This is especially necessary when creating a flow that directs users to self-service options. This way we can automatically close the ticket.
