Planned threads can be created in :30 minute increments through Planner (1:00pm, 1:30pm, 2:00pm, etc). For shorter catch-up calls, can technicians edit in :15 minute increments?

Planner would be even more powerful if tickets could be placed on an engineer's schedule even if there is another event on that schedule. For example, if there is a schedule hold or project ticket from PSA on the engineer's schedule being able to continue to schedule a ticket with them despite that would be great. Currently planner error's out when attempting to do this meaning the PSA dispatch calendar has to be open on one screen for me to see events within PSA so that I can schedule them in Planner accordingly.

If Planner could integrate our M365 calendars as well as show schedule holds from PSA, that would be super helpful in using Planner.

A calendar view for the planner similar to what connectwise or 365 might have - it could save time entries from tickets completed, as well as show you up coming tickets you have scheduled. If you wanted to get crazy with it could show your daily accumulated hours and other useful information. Formats such as daily view, weekly view, or monthly view Planner could also benefit from having a always visible notification tray, where regardless of which tab or pane you are looking at you can dock a "pod" or something similar which shows upcoming events you have scheduled over a 24h time frame (maybe have ability to set the time frame)

Currently Planner does not show all tickets for a tech. In order for Service Technicians to be able to completely work out of Thread and follow their schedule.

Unable to add resource as Hard \ Soft \ Remote \ Onsite —whereas you are able to do this in ConnectWise Manage. This is critical to our work flow for tech knowing if they must work the ticket at this time and if they need to be onsite or remote. If we cannot set those status from Inbox the planner is useless.

Would like planner to show ticket on both primary and secondary resources schedule when they are both included in the onsite.

Rather than use the PSA as a proxy to sync in all calendar events, we need a direct integration with Microsoft Outlook as other integrations are less than ideal—so need to pull tickets/blocked hours from both the PSA specific calendars and Microsoft Outlook.
