Automatic response for tickets closed more than 30 days
When a customer replies to a ticket that was closed less than 30 days ago, the ticket goes into 'customer response' status (current operation). But if the response arrives after more than 30 days of closing, Thread should automatically send a message to the customer to inform them that the ticket will not be reopened and invite them to create a new request, without reopening the old ticket. This would avoid confusion and keep ticket history clean.
