End user validation with MS MFA
Having a feature for end user validation with Microsoft Authenticator push for both Voice AI and all other ticket streams. This way when the technician starts working on the ticket they can see Thread already validated the user.

MSP Process offers user verification for MSPs. This is integrated with many PSAs. We would like to see Thread integrate with this platform so that verification could be more seamless for our clients.
