Feature Requests

Technicians may have recurring non-ticket related events on their calendar they use to block out their calendar or mark statutory holidays, and they need to see this in thread's planner so the dispatcher cannot assign tickets during those times.

We are 24x7 and have people working in shifts. In planner, I would like to see the ability to overlay a team member's working hours. For example, if a team member works M-F from 7-3 eastern, that should be visible so they are not mistakenly assigned work to occur outside their normal working hours.

Ability to add blocks unrelated to tickets into their calendar. This way nobody can book that timeslot and they don't have to go back to the PSA. I.E. adding a block for appointments etc.
