Build out the mobile application for end users & partners

We want our field techs to be able to easily log time from inbox mobile while out in the field. Time entry should be real time like time pad in inbox web/desktop.

see recent threads by company if you are not sure which contact entered the ticket or the ability to search a ticket number that may or may not be in your inbox

Turn off notifications on channel level and also be able to turn off after business hours.
